Active Business Solutions has developed a system for electronic dispatch of sales documents from Dynamics NAV / Navision.

Dispatch of sales documents from Navision

The documents are attached to an email as a PDF and send via your Microsoft Outlook installation.

The following documents are supported by default:

  • Sales Order Confirmation
  • Sales Delivery (delivery note)
  • Sales Invoice
  • Credit Memo
  • Bank Reconciliation

Your documents are customized so your adjustments are included in the PDF versions. In addition your company logo can be added, so PDF document get the right look.
