Have a great summer!
We wish everyone a fantastic summer!
The first half of the year has flown by, and summer is now truly upon us. At Active Business Solutions, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers, suppliers, business partners – and, of course, all our friends of the company – a wonderful and sunny summer.
A Great First Half of the Year
The past few months have been both exciting and eventful. We have had the pleasure of helping our customers optimize their business processes and gain deeper insights into their data, enabling them to make even better business decisions.
We greatly appreciate the trust and strong collaboration we experience every day, and we look forward to continuing the many exciting projects after the summer holidays.
Until then, we hope you have the opportunity to relax, enjoy the long summer days, and recharge your batteries.
Reduced Summer Staffing
The summer holiday season is underway, and many of our employees are enjoying their well-deserved vacation during this period.
As a result, we are operating with reduced staffing throughout the summer. You are still very welcome to contact us, but please be aware that response and processing times may be longer than usual. Urgent matters will, of course, be handled continuously to the extent that our available consultants can accommodate them.
Autumn 2026
After the summer holidays, we are looking forward to an exciting and eventful autumn. Several of our customers will be upgrading to Business Central Cloud, and Microsoft will be releasing yet another new version of Business Central.
In addition, we will once again be attending Directions EMEA, which this year takes place in Paris from October 27–29, 2026. All indications suggest that the integration of AI in Business Central – a recurring theme over the past few years – will once again be among the conference’s key focus areas.
When Microsoft begins rolling out Dynamics 365 2026 Release Wave 2 this autumn, Business Central 29 will also become available to customers.
Business Central 29
Dynamics 365 Business Central 29 (BC29), released as part of Dynamics 365 2026 Release Wave 2, continues Microsoft's semi-annual update cycle.

This version once again focuses on deeper AI integration, including Copilot AI agents, advanced supply chain and warehouse management enhancements, and strengthened global and local compliance capabilities.
Key Focus Areas in BC29 (Dynamics 365 Release Wave 2)
The improvements in Business Central 29 span a wide range of functionality across the application and optimize several core business areas, including:
Copilot and AI Enhancements
Deeper integration of AI agents across business processes, increasing productivity through automated task management and intelligent workflow generation.
Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Expanded support for subcontracting processes, flexible pricing models based on items and quantities, and improved warehouse management and traceability.
Financial Management and Electronic Documents
More efficient handling of electronic documents and enhanced General Ledger (G/L) functionality, reducing manual data entry and minimizing the risk of errors.
User Experience and Administration
An improved user interface, tighter integration with Microsoft 365, and more proactive and efficient environment management in the Business Central Admin Center.
Directions EMEA 2026 in Paris
Directions EMEA 2026 in Paris is the premier annual gathering for the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem. Partners, developers, consultants, Microsoft experts, and decision-makers from across the EMEA region come together to share knowledge, build new connections, and gain insight into the latest innovations, technologies, and strategies within Business Central.
The conference provides a unique opportunity to stay ahead of industry developments and gain inspiration from the people and organizations shaping the future of ERP solutions.

As a Business Central partner, we attend Directions EMEA to stay inspired, motivated, and up to date on the latest trends, technologies, and initiatives within the Business Central ecosystem.
Through expert sessions, product demonstrations, and discussions with Microsoft and industry specialists, we gain valuable insight into the strategic direction of the platform and the opportunities it offers for creating value for both our business and our customers.

At the same time, the conference provides an exceptional opportunity to strengthen our network, exchange experiences with industry peers, and establish new relationships with partners, developers, and specialists from across the EMEA region.
Knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional networking are key elements of Directions EMEA. These activities provide fresh inspiration, practical ideas, and valuable perspectives that help us develop our expertise and strengthen our business – both now and in the future.
Once again, thank you for the excellent cooperation during the first half of the year. We wish you all a wonderful summer and hope you enjoy a relaxing and well-deserved holiday filled with great experiences, sunshine, and time to recharge.
