Support Agreements following two different models
1. Support agreement
By concluding a support agreement ther will be granted free phone support within the customer supportens opening hours.
Customers with support agreement always take priority over those who do not have an agreement.
The support includes an annual follow-up meeting where the purpose is to identify strategic areas for improvement of the system and to ensure optimal use of the functionality.
2. Support Agreement
If there is not concluded a support agreement, the customer is still able to call our support. In this case, the expenses follows the time consumption.
