The first half of the year has flown by, and summer is now upon us. At Active Business Solutions, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers, vendors, partners – and of course all other friends of the house – a great and sunny summer.
A productive and positive first half
It has been an exciting and eventful first half of the year, where we have been busy optimizing business processes at our customers and helping them gain insight into their data. We greatly appreciate the good cooperation and we look forward to continuing it after the summer holidays.
But now the summer is upon us – so remember to take a well-deserved break and enjoy the summer weather.
New branch in Sweden
I foråret åbnede vi en ny afdeling af Active Business Solutions i Nordenskiöldsgatan 24 i Malmö i Sverige.

The establishment of the new office is intended to strengthen our position in the ERP market in the Nordic region and expand our geographical reach for recruiting new employees and acquiring new customers.
The expansion is an important step towards our long-term growth strategy and a central part of our ambition to offer even better service to our Swedish customers.

Reduced summer staffing
The summer holiday period is in full swing, and like many other companies, our employees also have holidays to take.
Therefore, we are working with reduced staffing during this period. You can still get in touch with us, but we would like to point out that urgent tasks are handled to the extent and pace that our available consultants are able to.
An exciting autumn 2025 lies ahead
After the summer holidays, an exciting autumn awaits. We have several customers preparing to move to the Business Central cloud, and Microsoft is set to release the next version of Business Central in October.
And as always, we’ll be attending Directions EMEA – this year taking place in Poznań, Poland, from November 4–6, 2025. There is little doubt that last year’s main theme — the integration of AI in Business Central — will once again take center stage this year.
Business Central 27
Dynamics 365 Business Central 27 (BC27) will be released in October, coinciding with the launch of the Dynamics 365 2025 Release Wave 2 upgrades. Built on a foundation of advanced technology, BC27 marks a new era for modern business applications.
The new version of Business Central is driven by strong investments in areas such as artificial intelligence, finance, supply chain, sustainability and user experience, but Microsoft has a particular focus on two areas in Business Central 27: Creating a world-class service and integrating groundbreaking AI technology into Business Central.

Directions EMEA 2025
At Directions EMEA 2025, you will have the opportunity to get news about the latest initiatives and updates from Microsoft and the entire Business Central ecosystem, meet other partners, add-on vendors, Microsoft representatives, CSPs, MVPs, developers, consultants, sales and marketing professionals, and business leaders.
The program at last year's Directions EMEA 2024 in Vienna was packed with sessions focusing on the integration of AI-based functions in Business Central.

And there is probably no doubt that the program at Directions EMEA 2025 will also be characterized by sessions dealing with AI. At least there is some indication of that when you look at the roadmap for Business Central 27 that Microsoft has already released.
