Directions EMEA is an annual international conference for SMB-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners – that is, companies that work on developing, implementing or advising on Microsoft's business solutions.
Directions EMEA is aimed at partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and their employees. Similar conferences are held for North America and Asia.

What is EMEA?
EMEA is an acronym that stands for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The term is often used in international contexts to describe a single geographical region that includes the countries of the two continents as well as the nations that make up the Middle East.

The many sessions at Directions EMEA cover all aspects of a Dynamics 365 partner's business and there is ample opportunity to gain in-depth professional knowledge and there are also plenty of networking opportunities for employees at all levels, including functions such as management, development, marketing, sales and operations.

Directions EMEA 2025 will be held this year from November 4th - 6th, 2025. This year's conference, which is the 18th edition of Directions EMEA, will be held this time in Poznań, Poland.

Business Central 27
As is tradition, Directions EMEA 2025 will include a presentation from Microsoft about the upcoming Business Central upgrade, released as part of Dynamics 365 2025 Release Wave 2 in early October 2025.
As with the latest upgrades, there is also a significant focus on artificial intelligence in Business Central 27 as the driving force behind the development of the solution. Microsoft continues to integrate AI into several of the system's core functions to make Business Central even more intelligent, efficient and user-friendly. With Business Central 27, both automation, decision support and data-driven insight are strengthened, so that companies can optimize their processes to an even greater extent and make better business decisions. In addition, several of the AI-based agents are introduced, which are set to become a definite game changer for the application, and the agents introduced in the previous upgrade are optimized.
