Every year, Microsoft releases upgrades to all of the apps that make up Dynamics 365. The upgrades are released in conjunction with the rollouts of the two annual Dynamics 365 release waves, which run from April to September and from October to March.

AI a driving force for development
As has been the case with the last Business Central upgrades, there is also a special focus on AI as the main driver for the development of Business Central in Business Central 27. So with Business Central 27, Microsoft continues to improve a number of core features in Business Central, which are based on advanced AI technology.
AI Agents
