Available KPIs include inventory metrics such as current inventory value and expired inventory value, as well as sales performance indicators like percentage sales growth, net sales, and gross margin. Together, these indicators provide a more holistic view of both inventory status and sales development.

This feature is accompanied by a warning stating that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, highlighting the need for continuous validation of the displayed data.

Unified overview of agent-generated tasks

This feature provides users with a consolidated view of all tasks generated by agents in a dedicated task pane. It makes it easier to manage and prioritize tasks across different AI-driven workflows and supports a more structured working process. The feature is particularly relevant for users such as accountants, salespeople, and managers who handle multiple simultaneous activities and need to quickly follow up on agent suggestions and actions. By centralizing tasks, it becomes easier to monitor status, respond to changes, and ensure that important tasks are handled promptly.

Efficient review and approval of AI-generated content

This feature enables users to review and approve content generated by agents directly on the pages where they work. Keeping the entire review process within the same page context makes workflows more seamless and efficient. Users avoid switching between different windows or modules, which saves time and reduces the risk of errors. The feature also supports more structured quality assurance of AI-generated content and provides better control over the changes and suggestions produced by agents.

Improved traceability and overview in list views

This feature enhances traceability in lists by identifying the users or agents who created or last modified a record. It makes it possible to quickly see responsible users or agents directly in the list view without opening individual records. At the same time, it provides a better overview of activity and change history, supporting more efficient troubleshooting and collaboration in the system.

Cancel all active agent tasks

This feature allows users to quickly and efficiently stop all active tasks for a selected agent. It makes it easier to handle situations where tasks need to be cancelled due to errors, changed priorities, or maintenance needs. The feature also provides better control over agent activity and ensures more flexible management of ongoing processes.

Use AI resources in your Copilot extensions

This feature makes it easier to configure, manage, and secure AI capabilities in Copilot extensions. With support for scaling and resource limiting, you can ensure more stable and controlled use of AI services.
