Dynamics 365 Sales is a CRM system that enables salespeople to build close relationships with the company's customers, identify ideal customer targets, take actions based on data insights in a timely manner and close deals faster. Salespeople, who often have an extroverted job role in the company, can occasionally benefit from seeing what happens behind the company's facade. By integrating Dynamics 365 Sales with Business Central, your salespeople can view information in Business Central while working in Dynamics 365 Sales.


In addition to Microsoft's own business applications, with Business Central you also have access to various apps, also called extensions, which have been developed by partners.
